Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Business Analyst located in Jaipur. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing business processes, and administering Salesforce.com. The role involves regular interaction with stakeholders to gather and document business needs, performing data analysis to support decision-making, and ensuring effective implementation and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration
* Strong Business Analysis and Business Requirements Gathering skills
* Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data
* Experience in developing and optimizing Business Processes
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
