Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Technical Lead located in Jaipur. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Daily tasks include designing technical solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance to team members. The role also involves collaboration with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience with Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Flows and Lightning components
* Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques and understanding of Salesforce API
* Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor a team of developers
* Experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements to design effective technical solutions
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
* Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Architect is a MUST
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
